RainYun Jiangsu·Zhenjiang BGP game cloud VPS with a W9-3495X processor: 2 cores / 4GB RAM / 10Mbps bandwidth with 200Gbps high-defense protection for only 38 CNY/month; 4 cores / 8GB RAM / 15Mbps for only 994.56 CNY/year (≈82.88 CNY/month).
The Intel W9-3495X offers outstanding single-core performance (roughly on par with the Ryzen 7 7950X), making it a great fit for single-core-heavy workloads like hosting a Minecraft server.
About RainYun
RainYun was founded in 2018 and is a Chinese cloud service provider with fully proprietary technology. RainYun is dedicated to offering users cloud products that are simple to use, affordable, and trustworthy. Its main lineup includes cloud servers, bare-metal servers, web hosting, game cloud servers, object storage, CDN content delivery, cloud apps, and other well-regarded cloud services. RainYun is one of the few providers in China that develops its own billing and product management systems in-house; since its founding it has served hundreds of thousands of customers at home and abroad, including students, developers, and enterprises.
It holds the Value-Added Telecom Service Business Licenses (ISP, IDC, and CDN) issued by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
Refunds are available within 7 days, no questions asked (limited to 3 per account), and cloud server / game cloud products can be trialed for one day for just 1 CNY (once per product; a few of the pricier products cost slightly more to trial).

Hardware Quality Check Script
- The CPU is an Intel Xeon W9-3495X
- Sysbench: single-thread 4871.7, multi-thread 19320.24
- GB5 single-core: 1166, GB5 multi-core: 3610
- Overcommit indicators: memory ballooning enabled, KSM sharing disabled

Test script:
# Standard check
bash <(curl -fsSL https://gitee.com/zeruns/Linux-shell/raw/master/benchmark/hardware.sh)
# Deep mode
bash <(curl -Ls https://Hardware.Check.Place) -V
Memory ballooning is short for the virtio-balloon memory balloon driver. Think of it as an "elastic balloon" that the host places inside your VM:
- When your VM's memory has been sitting idle for a long time, the host can "inflate" the balloon, taking over the memory you aren't using and handing it to other VMs;
- When your VM's memory usage rises, the balloon "deflates" and returns that memory to your system.
KSM sharing (Kernel Same-page Merging) is the Linux kernel's memory same-page merging technology. The host kernel scans the memory of all VMs in the background and merges memory pages with identical contents (for example, the same system kernel, the same system libraries, or the same cached data) into a single copy shared by all VMs. As an example: if one host runs 10 Debian VMs, the memory pages of their system kernels are completely identical — instead of occupying 10 copies of memory, KSM merges them into one, saving a large amount of physical memory.
